Bringing evidence to life
A Macquarie University report commissioned to evaluate the MVP , reported the BodyBoost App is underpinned by the latest evidence-based research in ageing, health and wellbeing, habit formation and digital technology.
Developed using an agile methodology and informed by user experience (UX) feedback, the app begins with a simple balance test and delivers daily exercises for Body, Brain, and Bones, along with a practical daily habit, across a six-day program. Users can choose their level of difficulty, with progress tracked visually to support motivation and engagement.
The report concludes that My BodyBoost is a digital innovation with the potential to enhance quality of life, confidence and connection as we age.
